About The Quadra
The Quadra, formerly Starkweather Club, is proudly operated by a subset of The Handphibians, a vibrant Brazilian percussion group in Madison.
Established as their home base studio, The Quadra was born out of a need for a larger, dedicated space when the group outgrew their original rehearsal spot in 2017.
What started as the Starkweather Club has since evolved into The Quadra, a fully equipped studio that reflects the passion and dedication of its founding members.
The Handphibians members poured countless hours and energy into transforming a former warehouse into a dynamic rehearsal space tailored to their needs.
While The Handphibians are the primary tenant, The Quadra also serves as a creative haven for various music, fitness, and art groups throughout the week.
This studio is a testament to the collective effort and community spirit of The Handphibians, offering a versatile space that supports a wide range of artistic and wellness pursuits.
